Meals That
Matter.
Help a partner school address a verified gap in its meal provision.
PROPOSED CAMPAIGN · NOT YET LAUNCHEDWhy this fits.
For schools that care for children through the day or in residence, consistent meals can be a practical area of support. First confirm what is already available and where a genuine gap exists.
Start with a manageable pilot.
Assess one partner school’s existing meal arrangements and support only a clearly identified gap. Coordinate with its management and a qualified nutrition or food-service partner.
A practical way to begin.
Understand current provision
Review the school’s meal arrangements, other funding and the specific unmet need.
Plan safe, suitable meals
Agree a menu, reliable supply, food safety responsibilities and age-appropriate provision with qualified partners.
Monitor continuity
Record delivery, interruptions and feedback. Review the pilot with the school before extending it.
The right people around the table.
School management, a qualified nutrition adviser and a suitable food-service provider.
What to track.
Days of uninterrupted agreed meal provision, delivery quality, food safety records and school feedback. Clinical health outcomes would require appropriate professional assessment.
What approval needs.
A named delivery partner, a locally assessed need, an agreed scope, a costed budget, a responsible owner and a reporting plan. Suggested durations are planning options, not announced commitments.
