Dignity has
no age limit.
Our community work includes support for people facing poverty and disadvantage. A person’s age does not determine whether they deserve care.
EXISTING AREA OF WORKA wider circle of care.
Waldies’ community support extends beyond children to people facing poverty and hardship across age groups.
People experience need in different ways. The response should begin with listening, respect and an understanding of the individual situation.
More ways to show up.
We are proposing new campaigns around everyday essentials, caregiver support and regular connection with older people. These ideas would build on the broader commitment to community support.
Care with dignity.
Assistance should not depend on a person becoming a public story. Personal information and images should be shared only with appropriate permission, and support should be delivered respectfully.
